Great Blue Herons, 2021

Near where I live is an unpaved road called Wire Road. There's a "swamp" with lots of trees and about 10 Great Blue Heron nests. There are also six Anhingas, in which they are building their nests. Unlike last year, this year there is one nest very close to the road - perfect views!! I intend to go back often and hope to see lots of young GBH's.
